Good news! Now you can easily create a MaryMetrix Talent Matrix, using RHManager.
To create your MaryMetrix Talent Matrix, simply enter the Strategy Section of RHManager, and follow these steps:
CREATE YOUR TALENT MATRIX (9BOX) MARYMETRIX
1. Create your Talent Matrix and the List of Collaborators that you want to include in it. (you can create multiple Talent Matrices, for example for Sales, Finance, etc.)
2. Create a Performance Evaluation by KPIS for each of these collaborators.
3. Create a 9000 Competency Assessment for each of these collaborators.
4. Automatically generates the Talent Matrix for this group of collaborators.
5. Create a Development and Motivation Plan for each employee individually
